Housed in a beautifully sculpted 41mm 18ct (5N) gold case, this timepiece seamlessly brings precious materials into the bold, architectural world of the Pulse design family. Redefining the brand’s classic codes with a sharper, sportier attitude, the watch features Chronoswiss’s iconic onion crown, a partially knurled coin-edge bezel, and an exclusive new integrated black rubber strap. This exclusive, modern masterpiece is strictly limited to just 50 pieces worldwide.

At the heart of this timepiece is an innovative, three-dimensional dial that showcases a revolutionary take on a traditional decorative art. For the first time, a hand-guilloché brass surface is refined using a highly precise sandblasting process that directs ultra-fine synthetic corundum particles onto the dial. The result is a shimmering, frosted finish that transforms the geometric guilloché pattern into a crystalline landscape of light and depth. This contemporary backdrop is beautifully contrasted by polished, blue PVD-coated appliques, blued steel screws, and polished, blued steel hands in the brand's signature "Pyramid" shape.

Powering the watch is the Chronoswiss Manufacture Caliber C.6002, an automatic movement developed in partnership with La Joux-Perret that offers a 55-hour power reserve. Designed specifically for global travelers, the movement features a dedicated dual-time-zone module; home time is tracked on a 12-hour disc at 3 o'clock, a second time zone is displayed via a 24-hour GMT disc at 9 o'clock, and central hands sweep the dial to indicate minutes and seconds. The exquisite inner workings of the caliber are visible through a sapphire crystal case back, revealing a skeletonized tungsten rotor, polished escape wheels, and a ruthenium-plated bridge finished with a classic Geneva cut.

The solid 26-piece gold case, weighing 48 grams, balances satin-finished and sandblasted textures with a partly polished bezel, offering 5 bar (50 meters) of water resistance. Secured to the wrist by a black integrated rubber strap and a matching black DLC-coated stainless steel and 5N gold buckle, the watch represents the ultimate expression of the brand’s "Modern Mechanical" philosophy. Cloaked in 950 platinum—a noble metal long synonymous with rarity and traditional savoir-faire—the watch establishes a quiet yet unmistakable presence on the wrist that will immediately resonate with serious connoisseurs.

The defining silhouette of this timepiece remains the signature double-ellipse case, an iconic geometry originally created by master watchmaker Daniel Roth to beautifully frame complex horological mechanisms. To complement this distinctive shape, downward-sloping lugs have been elegantly integrated to ensure optimal wrist comfort while providing a handsome architectural contrast against the light-tan calfskin leather strap. An open sapphire caseback reveals the true artistic discipline of the manufacture, where technical engineering and aesthetic restraint seamlessly converge. Requiring at least twice the execution time of a standard flat bevel, this traditional decoration involves polishing a precise curved radius along the edges to create a brilliant, uniform profile. Following its global debut last night, Greubel Forsey is proud to unveil a new expression of the Balancier 3. Limited to just 22 timepieces, this latest edition continues the evolution of the movement first introduced in 2023, pushing the boundaries of hand-finishing by introducing a treatment never before executed at the Atelier: a frosted titanium bridge, hand-finished with a steel brush across its entire curved surface.

Housed in the signature 41.50mm Convexe titanium case, the Balancier 3 combines this innovative finishing with vibrant blue tones to create a three-dimensional landscape where high-performance chronometry meets unparalleled ergonomic design. The variable geometry of the case is engineered to follow the natural curvature of the wrist, while the multi-level openworked bridges provide a sense of visual lightness despite the movement's technical density.

Performance without compromise defines the heart of the Balancier 3, where technical density meets a striking sense of visual openness. This hand-wound movement is composed of 282 individual parts, featuring two series-coupled fast-rotating barrels that deliver a 72-hour chronometric power reserve. At its core, the in-house variable-inertia balance wheel measures 12.60mm in diameter and is meticulously fitted with six gold mean-time screws to ensure absolute precision.

The functional layout remains faithful to its original architectural concept, displaying hours and minutes on a suspended central bridge alongside a rotating small seconds disc. While the dial side offers a three-dimensional view of the mechanics, the movement side reveals a power-reserve indication integrated into the frosted titanium bridges. Every element, from the involute circle profile gearing to the olived-domed jewels, represents a singular vision of horological excellence and the "Art of Invention."
