Over the past 130 years, Angelus has earned a prestigious reputation for creating technically advanced complications well ahead of their time. From pioneering in-house chronographs and the first series wristwatch with a calendar in 1942, to launching the groundbreaking automatic repeating Tinkler in 1958, Angelus watches have captured the admiration of collectors globally.
Today, Angelus continues to design, develop and craft all timepieces entirely within their state-of-the-art manufacture in La Chaux-de-Fonds, combining classic finishing techniques with cutting-edge technology. Skilled artisans employ traditional hand-finishing processes alongside the latest machinery, programmed and operated by expert technicians. The brand remains dedicated to pushing design boundaries through pioneering novel complications.
The Angelus collection pays tribute to vintage icons while embracing modernity. Exquisite materials such as precious metals, steel, and brass are complemented by innovations like carbon fiber. Through meticulous attention to detail and rigorous quality control, each limited edition Angelus watch is a work of fine watchmaking artistry, proudly continuing the storied tradition and spirit of innovation upon which the house was founded over 125 years ago.

The Instrument de Vitesse from Angelus' prestigious La Fabrique collection is a mono-pusher chronograph dedicated to timing short bursts up to 60 seconds. Powered by Angelus' in-house calibre A5000 manual winding movement, this chronograph revives the golden age of timed racing. Presented in a refined retro sports aesthetic, the 39mm stainless steel case houses the manual movement with superior finishes. The dial is offered in ivory white or ebony black, with applied Arabic numerals and luminous hands and markers. Around the outer edge of the domed dial runs a tachymeter scale graduated from 60 to 500, while the centre displays hours and minutes. Key functionality lies in the single crown which also acts as the pushpiece to start and stop the central chronograph seconds hand. Limited to just 25 pieces each in ivory white on calfskin strap or ebony black on nubuck strap, the Instrument de Vitesse is a finely crafted tribute to Angelus' legacy and a tool for amateur enthusiasts.
