After four outstanding years as CEO, Antonio Calce will be passing the torch to his close colleague Michel Nydegger to assume the CEO position on August 5, 2024. We extend our sincere gratitude to Antonio Calce for his exemplary leadership, dedication, and contributions during his tenure, which have greatly furthered Greubel Forsey's success both financially and in organizational development. 

Michel Nydegger is a long-standing member of Greubel Forsey's Atelier who has acquired invaluable experience in his various roles since 2016. Over the past four years, he has superbly led Marketing & Communication under Antonio Calce's direction. His appointment as CEO reflects his deep understanding of Greubel Forsey's vision and strategic goals. 

Antonio Calce will take on the role of Vice President and ensure a seamless transition. Meanwhile, Greubel Forsey will remain independently owned under the continued leadership of Robert Greubel, Stephen Forsey, and Antonio Calce.

Armin Strom co-founders Serge Michel and Claude Greisler look back on 15 years of achievements including 17 exclusive movements, patents, unique designs and 97% in-house production depth. 15 years ago, Armin Strom transformed from a one-man show to a fully integrated manufacture brand when entrepreneur Serge Michel and master watchmaker Claude Greisler took over the reins.

Since 2009, the two childhood friends have been dedicating their lives to the science of movement, building up an independent manufacture with a team of 38, including 22 skilled watchmakers able to turn raw steel bars into hundreds of complex, interconnected watch components. So far, this has resulted in 17 brand-unique different calibres with a signature open-worked design divided among the brand’s three main pillars: System 78, Resonance and Masterpiece.

Moonlight illuminates a botanical green dial. The “Fern Green” version of Perpetual Moon 41.5 borrows the cool tones of the moon. The paleness of the platinum, the freshness of the fern green, and the midnight blue of the sky create an original flow of colours.

Maturity, diversity and mechanical exclusivity: the Perpetual Moon collection is constantly being enriched with new creations, consistently reaffirming the watchmaking and artistic talents of Arnold & Son. Following two other editions, one with salmon pink accents and another in sky blue, Perpetual Moon 41.5 Platinum is now available in this limited fern green version of 28 timepieces.

Its hue is inspired by the unique colour of the fern, an undergrowth plant found in abundance in the English gardens of Cornwall, the county where John Arnold was born.

Chronoswiss proudly introduces the Small Second, the beginning of a new family in the Modern Mechanical collection. The vision? To create a bold mechanical timepiece, stripped of excess yet rich in craftsmanship and detail.

With its 40mm stainless steel case and slim 11.5mm profile, the Small Second is the sleekest Chronoswiss in the current collection. Designed with refinement and precision, the case features polished sides, sandblasted & sculpted lugs, as well as the most streamlined crown the watchmakers of Lucerne have ever created. Every detail serves a purpose, ensuring a fascinating mechanical experience.

Yet, focusing on the true essence does not mean compromise. The curved dial construction, intricate 3D layering, and handcrafted dials transform the Small Second into a study of watchmaking complexity.

At its heart beats the Chronoswiss Manufacture Caliber C.6000—ensuring precision, reliability, and the unmistakable rhythm of a true mechanical timepiece.

DANIEL ROTH proudly presents the Tourbillon Platinum, a timepiece that pays homage to the brand’s rich heritage and its founder’s enduring passion for the tourbillon complication. This exceptional creation is inspired by the 1988 reference C187 and reinterprets it with modern refinement, artisanal craftsmanship, and a noble platinum case.

The signature double-ellipse case, now crafted in platinum, measures 38.6 x 35.5 mm and is just 9.2 mm thick. It houses a hand-guilloché dial made of solid white gold, finished in anthracite and accented with a sterling silver chapter ring. The dial’s linear guilloché pattern is executed by a single Maître Guillocheur over three days, reflecting the brand’s commitment to traditional métiers d’art.

Inside beats the DR001 calibre, a manually wound movement developed by Michel Navas and Enrico Barbasini at La Fabrique du Temps Louis Vuitton. Comprising 206 components, it offers an 80-hour power reserve and operates at 3Hz. The movement is entirely hand-finished, including hidden components, and features a triple-arm seconds hand—a nod to Daniel Roth’s original design language.

The Tourbillon Platinum is the third model in the brand’s rebirth, following the Tourbillon Souscription and the rose gold edition. It offers a more contemporary aesthetic while remaining faithful to the brand’s DNA of mechanical excellence and elegant restraint.
