Available in 18-carat 5N red gold or 950 platinum, this exquisite timepiece is limited to just eight pieces per version. The design features a broad dial crafted from polished natural onyx, offering an intense black backdrop that beautifully contrasts with a unique matt-finished sub-dial.

At the heart of this creation is the A&S8300 manufacture calibre, which stands as one of the slimmest flying tourbillon movements in the industry at only 2.97 mm thick. Technical refinements to the regulating organ and tourbillon cage have boosted the power reserve to an impressive 100 hours. The flying tourbillon at 6 o'clock remains a visual highlight, featuring a hand-engraved yellow gold bridge and a cage design inspired by John Arnold’s historic maritime chronometers. The year 2026 marks a historic milestone for the Moritz Grossmann manufactory in Glashütte, celebrating the 200th birthday of its visionary founder and namesake, born on March 27, 1826. A genius watchmaker, scientist, author, and the initiator of the German Watchmaking School, Grossmann profoundly shaped the craft of horology and the fate of his hometown. Rather than merely duplicating historical concepts, the modern manufactory honors his legacy by blending his cutting-edge philosophy with modern engineering. This dedication to technological perfection and exceptional aesthetics cements its place among the world's elite elite watchmakers.

To commemorate this bicentennial occasion, the brand has unveiled its fourth anniversary special edition: the BACKPAGE Tremblage. Debuting on May 19, 2026, this launch presents an exclusive mechanical showcase for collectors—featuring a massive dial opening that reveals the magnificent inner workings of the movement from the front. Crafted with a luxurious three-part platinum case, the watch conceals a subtle celebratory nod on its reverse side: a balance cock delicately engraved with "1826", the birth year of Moritz Grossmann.

At the heart of this timepiece is the hand-wound manufactory calibre 107.0, a technical tour de force that essentially stands as a mirror image of the signature calibre 100.1. To allow components like the Grossmann balance, hand-engraved balance cock, and the triple-band snailing on the ratchet wheel to be admired on the dial side instead of being hidden on the back, the entire movement architecture had to be re-engineered. An additional wheel integrated between the crown wheel and the ratchet wheel reverses the rotation of the drive train, allowing the mirrored escapement and oscillation system to run perfectly in the correct direction.

The defining aesthetic highlight of this model is its German silver dial face, treated with the historic hand-worked tremblage engraving technique. By meticulously guiding a cutter back and forth in tiny trembling movements, master artisans create a vibrant, finely granulated, and uniform matt texture. The remaining dial elements define the watch's character, offered in either an expressive violet or a captivating "blue meteor" galvanized shade, framing the hour display from 11 to 5 o'clock. Strictly limited to 12 pieces per color variant worldwide, the models are completed with matching hand-annealed steel hands and hand-stitched alligator or kudu leather straps.

Limited to 50 pieces worldwide, this edition pairs the Maison’s signature resonance innovation with a rich new aesthetic personality, blending contemporary elegance with mechanical sophistication.

A New Expression of Design & Craftsmanship
The new Rose Gold edition distinguishes itself through its interplay of warm tones and finely executed textures. The 18K rose‑gold case forms a glowing frame around the black‑gold grenage dial, a surface enriched by depth, contrast, and granular refinement. The dial’s twin layouts—each dedicated to one time zone—are clearly defined by black azurage chapter rings, ensuring intuitive reading while maintaining the balanced symmetry that defines the Resonance line. The rose‑gold‑coloured, faceted and polished hands, together with matching applied indexes, elevate the aesthetic with a luxurious brightness. What might otherwise remain a theoretical curiosity is transformed into a practical complication: each regulating organ governs its own time display, enabling two entirely independent time zones. Each dial also features a corresponding day/night indicator, making the watch particularly intuitive for world travellers. Operating at 3.5 Hz (25,200 vph) and offering a 42‑hour power reserve, the ARF22 movement brings a dynamic, kinetic quality to the dial, where the twin oscillators interact in real time. The aesthetic presentation of the movement reflects haute horlogerie values, with meticulous hand‑polished bevels, black‑polished steel components, circular graining, perlage, and Côtes de Genève on full display through sapphire crystals on both sides. Arnold & Son has unveiled its new "Perpetual Moon 41.5 Steel Colours of the Moon" collection, a series of highly exclusive, limited-edition timepieces inspired by the changing celestial hues of Earth's natural satellite. Detailed in the official release document, "ENG_A&S PM 41.5 Steel Colours of the Moon.doc", the collection features three distinct versions—the Blue Moon, Golden Moon, and Red Moon—each celebrating a unique atmospheric or seasonal phenomenon that alters the Moon's appearance and has fascinated civilisations throughout history.

Reinterpreting the iconic Perpetual Moon collection, these new models introduce a 41.5 mm stainless-steel case that balances horological exclusivity with everyday versatility. In a watchmaking first, Arnold & Son has applied a pioneering Physical Vapour Deposition (PVD) treatment directly onto precious mother-of-pearl. This innovative process creates deep, shifting reflections across the dials and moon-phase skies, showcasing the natural organic layers of the material with patterns that recall the flowing grain of Damascus steel.

The astronomical precision of the moon phase is enhanced by Super-LumiNova hidden beneath the colored mother-of-pearl moon disc, accompanied by hand-painted luminescent constellations of Cassiopeia and Ursa Major—a poetic tribute to historical mariners who relied on them for navigation. Bringing this celestial mechanics to life is the in-house A&S1512 manual-winding calibre. This movement provides a generous 90-hour power reserve and displays meticulous luxury finishes, including radiating Côtes de Genève and a secondary moon-phase indicator, all visible through the sapphire crystal case back.

Each of the three references is paired with a matching hand-stitched alligator leather strap and secured with a stainless-steel pin buckle. To maintain their extreme exclusivity, production is strictly limited to just 18 pieces per version.
