Housed in a tailored 48mm x 30mm rectangular case made from solid 5N gold (65g) and completely hand-engraved at the Atelier Lucerne, the watch depicts Chronos—the ancient Greek god of time—holding a mythological hourglass.

Rather than utilizing a traditional dial, the watch seamlessly integrates three precise apertures into the sculpted gold scene. The passage of time is visually poetized: the jumping hour appears in Chronos’ scythe at 12 o'clock, the sweeping minute disc flows through the upper chamber of the hourglass, and the continuous seconds rotate below in the lower chamber. Encircling the entire case and printed inside the black nubuck strap is a classic Greek meander pattern, an ancient symbol representing eternity and the infinite flow of time

At the heart of this handless digital regulator is the hand-wound Chronoswiss Caliber C.85757, equipped with an in-house developed jumping hour module. Visible through the rectangular sapphire crystal caseback, the movement operates at 3 Hz with a 48-hour power reserve and features exquisite rhodium plating, radial Côte de Genève, and hand-guilloché wheel bridges executed in Lucerne. Completed with a 5N gold pin buckle (4g), every technical detail underscores the brand's commitment to expressive high horology.

For the first time, the in-house calibre appears in a solid 18K rose gold case, enriching the collection with a warmer character. Operating at 3.5 Hz, the calibre ensures consistent precision and stability in daily wear.

Inspired by historical pocket watches, the conical power reserve mechanism is complemented by a 3D power reserve indicator, displaying remaining energy with exceptional clarity. Central hours and minutes keep the display symmetrical, while a skeletonised small seconds at 9 o’clock adds an engaging sense of motion.

Limited to 50 pieces worldwide, this edition pairs the Maison’s signature resonance innovation with a rich new aesthetic personality, blending contemporary elegance with mechanical sophistication.

A New Expression of Design & Craftsmanship
The new Rose Gold edition distinguishes itself through its interplay of warm tones and finely executed textures. The 18K rose‑gold case forms a glowing frame around the black‑gold grenage dial, a surface enriched by depth, contrast, and granular refinement. The dial’s twin layouts—each dedicated to one time zone—are clearly defined by black azurage chapter rings, ensuring intuitive reading while maintaining the balanced symmetry that defines the Resonance line. The rose‑gold‑coloured, faceted and polished hands, together with matching applied indexes, elevate the aesthetic with a luxurious brightness. Operating at 3.5 Hz (25,200 vph) and offering a 42‑hour power reserve, the ARF22 movement brings a dynamic, kinetic quality to the dial, where the twin oscillators interact in real time. Following its global debut last night, Greubel Forsey is proud to unveil a new expression of the Balancier 3. Limited to just 22 timepieces, this latest edition continues the evolution of the movement first introduced in 2023, pushing the boundaries of hand-finishing by introducing a treatment never before executed at the Atelier: a frosted titanium bridge, hand-finished with a steel brush across its entire curved surface.

Housed in the signature 41.50mm Convexe titanium case, the Balancier 3 combines this innovative finishing with vibrant blue tones to create a three-dimensional landscape where high-performance chronometry meets unparalleled ergonomic design. The variable geometry of the case is engineered to follow the natural curvature of the wrist, while the multi-level openworked bridges provide a sense of visual lightness despite the movement's technical density.

Performance without compromise defines the heart of the Balancier 3, where technical density meets a striking sense of visual openness. This hand-wound movement is composed of 282 individual parts, featuring two series-coupled fast-rotating barrels that deliver a 72-hour chronometric power reserve. At its core, the in-house variable-inertia balance wheel measures 12.60mm in diameter and is meticulously fitted with six gold mean-time screws to ensure absolute precision.

The functional layout remains faithful to its original architectural concept, displaying hours and minutes on a suspended central bridge alongside a rotating small seconds disc. While the dial side offers a three-dimensional view of the mechanics, the movement side reveals a power-reserve indication integrated into the frosted titanium bridges. Chronoswiss expands its avant‑garde Space Timer collection with the new SPACE TIMER GRAVITY, a 44mm mechanical creation inspired by the invisible yet powerful force of gravity. Limited to 50 pieces, the watch transforms cosmic phenomena into a visually architectural dial experience.

A Dial Where Light, Matter, and Mechanics Interact
The dial features a partly hand‑guilloché surface finished with a colour‑shifting CVD coating that transitions between deep green and oceanic blue depending on light — evoking the sensation of viewing a planet from orbit. A striking moon at 9 o’clock is produced through sophisticated laser work based on an original NASA photograph, revealing cratered textures with exceptional depth.

Floating above the landscape are transparent ITR2 hour and date rings that appear suspended in orbit. Beneath them, the exposed gear train is framed by a baby‑blue bridge, echoing the hue of the seconds hand and adding contemporary contrast to the cosmic scene.

The 44mm matte‑grey stainless‑steel case delivers a modern, technical presence while allowing the dial’s dynamic surfaces to take centre stage. It pairs with a light grey nubuck leather strap for a refined, futuristic aesthetic.

The year 2026 marks a historic milestone for the Moritz Grossmann manufactory in Glashütte, celebrating the 200th birthday of its visionary founder and namesake, born on March 27, 1826. A genius watchmaker, scientist, author, and the initiator of the German Watchmaking School, Grossmann profoundly shaped the craft of horology and the fate of his hometown. Rather than merely duplicating historical concepts, the modern manufactory honors his legacy by blending his cutting-edge philosophy with modern engineering. This dedication to technological perfection and exceptional aesthetics cements its place among the world's elite elite watchmakers.

To commemorate this bicentennial occasion, the brand has unveiled its fourth anniversary special edition: the BACKPAGE Tremblage. Debuting on May 19, 2026, this launch presents an exclusive mechanical showcase for collectors—featuring a massive dial opening that reveals the magnificent inner workings of the movement from the front. Crafted with a luxurious three-part platinum case, the watch conceals a subtle celebratory nod on its reverse side: a balance cock delicately engraved with "1826", the birth year of Moritz Grossmann.

At the heart of this timepiece is the hand-wound manufactory calibre 107.0, a technical tour de force that essentially stands as a mirror image of the signature calibre 100.1. To allow components like the Grossmann balance, hand-engraved balance cock, and the triple-band snailing on the ratchet wheel to be admired on the dial side instead of being hidden on the back, the entire movement architecture had to be re-engineered. An additional wheel integrated between the crown wheel and the ratchet wheel reverses the rotation of the drive train, allowing the mirrored escapement and oscillation system to run perfectly in the correct direction.

The defining aesthetic highlight of this model is its German silver dial face, treated with the historic hand-worked tremblage engraving technique. By meticulously guiding a cutter back and forth in tiny trembling movements, master artisans create a vibrant, finely granulated, and uniform matt texture. The remaining dial elements define the watch's character, offered in either an expressive violet or a captivating "blue meteor" galvanized shade, framing the hour display from 11 to 5 o'clock. Strictly limited to 12 pieces per color variant worldwide, the models are completed with matching hand-annealed steel hands and hand-stitched alligator or kudu leather straps.
