Drawing inspiration from the natural beauty and architectural heritage of Burgdorf, Armin Strom introduces the Tribute 1 Sandstein, a limited edition timepiece that blends Swiss tradition with modern refinement. With only 50 pieces available globally, this elegant watch pays tribute to the region’s iconic sandstone and the brand’s artisanal roots.

Encased in a 38 mm stainless steel case with alternating brushed and polished finishes, the Tribute 1 Sandstein features a warm sand-toned off-centre dial adorned with a grain d’orge guilloché pattern and Roman numerals. A frosted subdial and matching sand Alcantara strap complete the harmonious design.

At its heart beats the in-house Caliber AMW21, a hand-wound movement offering an impressive 100-hour power reserve. The visible motor barrel, held by a mirror-polished finger bridge, adds a modern technical flair while honoring traditional Swiss watchmaking values.

Through sapphire crystals on both sides, the movement reveals Armin Strom’s signature hand-finishing: hand-bevelled bridges, black-polished screws, Geneva stripes, and circular graining. Each watch is assembled twice, ensuring mechanical precision and aesthetic integrity.

Moritz Grossmann now reinterprets this horological icon with two extraordinary creations: TOURBILLON Titanium and TOURBILLON Tremblage. These timepieces embody the manufactory’s philosophy of blending traditional craftsmanship with contemporary aesthetics.

The TOURBILLON Titanium combines the technical sophistication of a flying three-minute tourbillon with the modern appeal of a titanium case. Its solid silver dial, adorned with a fine grain d’orge guilloche pattern, reflects the artistry of hand-guided engraving techniques. The result is a watch that is both lightweight and visually striking, offering a perfect balance of durability and elegance.

The TOURBILLON Tremblage, on the other hand, celebrates the beauty of historical handcraft. Its warm rose-toned dial is meticulously engraved using the traditional tremblage technique, creating a unique matte texture that softens light and enhances depth. Paired with a white gold case, this model exudes timeless sophistication while showcasing the manufactory’s dedication to artisanal excellence.

Both models are powered by the hand-wound calibre 103.0, featuring a flying three-minute tourbillon and patented innovations for precision timekeeping. Every component is finished by hand, from the engraved plates to the polished screws set in gold chatons, reflecting the highest standards of Glashütte watchmaking. The Moritz Grossmann GMT Guilloche is a celebration of global exploration and fine German watchmaking. Inspired by the colors of nature and the rhythm of travel, this dual time zone watch is available in two striking dial variants: matte green, evoking serene meadows and hidden coves, and vibrant orange, reminiscent of the glow of a setting sun.

Dual Time Functionality

Designed for the modern traveler, the GMT Guilloche features a 24-hour time zone ring encircling the dial. A distinctive arrow-shaped hand tracks a second time zone, offering intuitive day-night orientation. Local time is displayed via central hour and minute hands, with a small seconds subdial at 6 o’clock. A dedicated crown at 10 o’clock allows seamless adjustment of the second time zone without affecting the main time.

Masterful Craftsmanship

Each dial is hand-engraved using the traditional guilloché technique, creating intricate geometric patterns that shimmer with light. The green dial is paired with blued steel hands, while the orange dial features polished steel hands—both handcrafted in Glashütte.

Engineered for Precision

Inside the watch beats the calibre 100.8, a manually wound movement crafted in-house and regulated in five positions. It features 253 components, 26 jewels, and signature Grossmann innovations including the 2/3 plate with raised gold chatons, cantilevered balance cock with micrometer screw, and a separately removable winding mechanism. The second time zone mechanism is seamlessly integrated on the dial side, ensuring precision and harmony.

A frosted subdial adds depth and texture, while the green Alcantara leather strap with off-white stitching completes the composition with understated sophistication. The openworked motor barrel, secured by a polished finger bridge in stainless steel, echoes the case design and showcases Armin Strom’s signature fusion of symmetry and mechanical artistry. The 38 mm stainless steel case, with anti-reflective sapphire crystals front and back, ensures optimal clarity and elegance.

Every Tribute 1 Green is a testament to traditional watchmaking. The case features brushed and polished surfaces, finished entirely by hand. Inside, the movement is decorated with Geneva stripes, circular graining, and a mirror-polished finger bridge, all executed by Armin Strom’s skilled artisans.

True to the brand’s commitment to excellence, each watch is assembled twice—once for mechanical precision and again after decoration—to ensure the highest standards of performance and aesthetics.
