The dial features a partly hand‑guilloché surface finished with a colour‑shifting CVD coating that transitions between deep green and oceanic blue depending on light — evoking the sensation of viewing a planet from orbit. A striking moon at 9 o’clock is produced through sophisticated laser work based on an original NASA photograph, revealing cratered textures with exceptional depth.

Floating above the landscape are transparent ITR2 hour and date rings that appear suspended in orbit. Beneath them, the exposed gear train is framed by a baby‑blue bridge, echoing the hue of the seconds hand and adding contemporary contrast to the cosmic scene.

The 44mm matte‑grey stainless‑steel case delivers a modern, technical presence while allowing the dial’s dynamic surfaces to take centre stage. It pairs with a light grey nubuck leather strap for a refined, futuristic aesthetic.

Independent manufacture Romain Gauthier has unveiled its latest horological evolution with the release of the C by Romain Gauthier Titanium Edition 39.5. This new iteration introduces a highly anticipated, more compact 39.5 mm Grade 5 titanium case designed to sit effortlessly on a broader range of wrist sizes. Embodying the core philosophy of the collection, the timepiece is built for everyday wearability, blending high-end mechanics with a casual, modern design language that seamlessly integrates into daily life.

Enhancing this newfound versatility, the manufacture introduces its very first interchangeable rubber strap system alongside three expressive new colorways: vibrant blue, energetic orange, and subtle pink. These eye-catching color accents on the dial are matched with corresponding Super-LumiNova hues at night, offering a fresh, lifestyle-oriented aesthetic. The quick-release strap system allows wearers to effortlessly adapt the watch to any mood, outfit, or occasion, transitioning seamlessly between sporty casualness and discreet, refined elegance.

Each Grade 5 titanium bridge is meticulously finished by hand, featuring a highly original dimpled texture achieved through a special hand-engraving technique, set against a beautifully hand-frosted movement mainplate.

Technically astute, the timepiece is equipped with a clever stop-seconds mechanism that uses a snail cam—a nod to the brand’s acclaimed Logical One. Pulling out the crown stops the balance wheel, while pushing it back in prompts the snail cam to turn, delivering an active impulse to help the movement start beating again instantly. Inspired by the original handless Digiteur introduced in the early 2000s by founder Gerd-Rüdiger Lang, this edition transforms a radical mechanical rebellion into a sculpted gold masterpiece. Housed in a tailored 48mm x 30mm rectangular case made from solid 5N gold (65g) and completely hand-engraved at the Atelier Lucerne, the watch depicts Chronos—the ancient Greek god of time—holding a mythological hourglass.

Rather than utilizing a traditional dial, the watch seamlessly integrates three precise apertures into the sculpted gold scene. The passage of time is visually poetized: the jumping hour appears in Chronos’ scythe at 12 o'clock, the sweeping minute disc flows through the upper chamber of the hourglass, and the continuous seconds rotate below in the lower chamber. Encircling the entire case and printed inside the black nubuck strap is a classic Greek meander pattern, an ancient symbol representing eternity and the infinite flow of time

At the heart of this handless digital regulator is the hand-wound Chronoswiss Caliber C.85757, equipped with an in-house developed jumping hour module. Visible through the rectangular sapphire crystal caseback, the movement operates at 3 Hz with a 48-hour power reserve and features exquisite rhodium plating, radial Côte de Genève, and hand-guilloché wheel bridges executed in Lucerne. A Dial That Captures Light and Time
The dial is the face of a watch — a canvas where heritage meets artistry. For the first time, the BENU Power Reserve combines its signature linear power reserve indicator with Azurage decoration. This intricate guilloché pattern of ultra-fine concentric grooves animates the outer chapter ring, creating a captivating interplay of light. The softly textured matte center in shimmering argenté silver contrasts with applied blue numerals and indices, while the brand logo and minute track appear in understated grey.

Completing this refined composition are newly designed hands, handcrafted from steel in the Glashütte atelier. Each hand is meticulously beveled, polished, and then heat-blued using traditional thermal treatment. Through the sapphire crystal back, the movement reveals its artistry — broad Glashütte ribbing, hand-engraved cocks, and raised gold chatons secured by blued screws.
